Job Responsibilityo Assist in implementing the day-to-day functions of the Billing Department to ensure that all the supporting document and invoices have been correctly prepared and issued to all the respective clinics, PKD, PPD and JKN on monthly basis.
o Ensure that all supporting document and invoices for all the Biomedical Equipment assets have been properly issued and on timely manner and to prepare reconciliation report every month to ensure that no billing has been miss-out.
o Liaise with all relevant internal department and external parties to ensure that all themonthly supporting document and invoices to respective clinics, PKD, PPD and JKN can be prepared and issued on timely manner.
o Work closely with the collection department to ensure that monthly invoices can be collected on time as per the credit terms and within the KPI set by the management.
o Prepare a detail yearly projection on billing and to monitor the monthly collection target of each state and find ways to achieve the monthly collection target. Any negative variance on the collection must be immediately reported and addressed.
o Check all the monthly addition and exclusion of BE assets have been correctly accounted for to ensure that correct billing have been prepared and issued to all clinics, PKD,PPD a n d JKN.
o Check that all the collection has been accurately and fully recorded by the collection department in the Account Receivable.
o Prepare report on billing & collection based on the format requested by the management on timely manner.
o Attend meeting and prepare the minutes of meeting for any meeting conducted at states or HQ level either internal meeting or meeting with MOH as requested by management from time to time.
o Any other job function assign by the management pertaining to the Billing and Collection matters.
