Job Responsibility

• Handling full set of accounts
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agents
• Supervising operations of Accounts, cash and bank
• Preparation and verification of accounts reconciliations and transactions, accounting schedules and monthly financial reports
• Preparation of financial reports and statutory report
• Able to take care of company accounts
• Able to ensure accurate compilation of analysis and reporting for financial data

Job Requirements

• Basic Computer skills: Google Apps, Microsoft Office and Windows OS
• Basic Accounting skills: Budgeting, Bookkeeping
• Basic Admin/HR skill: Filing
• Basic Finance skills: Familiar with Online Banking, Claims and Invoices
• Candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and overtime if needed
• Candidate must be organized, honest and have a positive personality
• Candidate must be a prudent and cautious person
