Job Responsibility

• Assist Doctor in aesthetic procedures
• To build and maintain good relationship with customers
• To provide professional treatment and beauty consultation
• To provide excellent and follow up service towards customers at all times
• Provide advice and recommend products and procedures to customers
• To promote and sell treatments and skincare products
• Perform beauty facials and body treatments for customers
• Perform aesthetic treatments for customers
• Practice safety when using products and machinery
• Perform skin analysis for new and existing customers
• Handle customers' requests and enquiries
• Handle phone calls, liaise with clients, arrange appointments
• Provide admin support
• Ensure customer data entry and records are kept correctly and up to date
• Stock keeping and ordering of products and medical supplies when required

Job Requirements

• SPM level and above
• Energetic, friendly, pleasant and a team player
• Experienced and familiar in general beauty treatments
• Skilled with Facials
• Good with Body Treatments and Massage
• Good complexion with pleasant customer service skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in beauty products/skin care/cosmetics sales
• Ability to speak in Mandarin language is an added advantage
• Experience in aesthetics is an added advantage
• At least 3 years experience in beauty industry
