Marketing
Propose marketing plans to increase company and brand exposure.
Ability to communicate through appropriate technology platforms and online marketing campaigns such as Facebook, Instagram, website and etc
Ability to explore, identify, propose, and execute multiple Branding & Marketing activities to strengthen brand loyalty of consumers.
Provide support to the internal team in market expansion and penetration.
Evaluate and understand the consumers' needs, market, and demand.
Propose and execute various initiatives to improve brand identity, promotional content and design, advertisement and leads generation.
Ability to host offline events and exhibitions and online marketing campaigns
Expert in B2B planning, communication, and execution.
Ability to produce post-event evaluation and report
Sales
Promoting property
Build and maintain strong relationship with customers
Make appointment with customer
Bring customer to show house
Support Marketing team in the implementation of sales and marketing programmes
Job Requirements:
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing, or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and website analytics.
Possess digital marketing and social media advertorial management skills.
Strong creativity with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication, good interpersonal skills, proactive, and growth-oriented.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
