Job ResponsibilityGame 3D Modeller & Animator Job Description
We are looking for a talented Game 3D Modeller & Animator to join our design team. Candidates will provide knowledge and/or experience that demonstrates strong skill in photo-realistic, immersive 3D design and development. You should be able to demonstrate strong modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and animation skills. You must be able to work collaboratively with engineers and other artists on projects ensuring successful on-time delivery.
Game 3D Modeller & Animator Requirements
o A degree in Animation, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in the field.
o Experience making aesthetically beautiful and performant 3D game assets that maintain or enhance the mood and story being told by the concept art.
o High proficiency level with Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter and Photoshop.
o Experience with Unity / Unreal Engine 4/5 (UE4/5).
o Strong ability to create stylized hand-painted materials
o Create 3D models (modeling, texturing, and rigging) in diverse styles for real-time rendering within the technical restrictions of the hardware.
o Create 3D character rigging & animations.
o Minimum 3 years of experience in professional game development as a 3D modelling, texturing and Animation.
o Good understanding of PBR principles and material editors
Game 3D Modeller & Animator Responsibilities:
o Must have a strong reel/portfolio showing executed game tech art
o Communicate updates and concerns with team members, both developers, and designers.
o Create unique designs within a production schedule.
o Strong understanding of AR/VR development and the art-creation process.
o A passionate, positive and problem-solving approach for game development
