Job Responsibility

• To monitor daily BeautyCare Dept Sales & GP & seek ways to achieve sales & GP budget.
• To give professional beauty care advice and product advice to customers. Monitor monthly promotions & roadshows to maximize sales & GP achievement.
• To complete & submit Beauty Advisor Monthly Report on time with accuracy.
• To conduct overall beauty care stock maintenance, ordering, receiving, transfer, and PA Zero according to Operations SOP.
• Control beauty care dept stocks TOD and stock level.
• Ensure all stocks are available with no OOS situations.
• Participate in bi-annual store stocktake.
• Prevent loss by efficient stock monitoring, security sensor tags, and surveillance.
• To provide skin analysis tests to customers by keeping customer records according to Beauty Consultation SOP.
• To achieve monthly skin analysis test targets to increase customer awareness and uptake.
• Implement & participate in HQ planning on beauty service promotions and events.
• Co-operate with store operations in providing good customer service based on Mystery Shopper Programme evaluation.
• To consistently give product training to shop staff according to HQ planning & requirements.
• Attend HQ Beauty Advisor Meeting & Training to keep updated with new products release & updated store operations.
• To set up and maintain stock display on normal shelves, Gondola End, Standee & Cashier.
• To upkeep cleanliness, tidiness of stocks, shelves & beauty consultation counter.
• To make sure stock is displayed with 100% price cards and promotional items with POP with forwarding & replenishing.
• To perform daily duties in compliance with Operations SOP.
• To maintain beauty counter, cabinet & consultation area according to Beautycare Consultation SOP.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification any beautician/make up certificate 
• At least 1 year experience in any related majors.
• Diploma/Certificate in beauty/makeup course will be an added advantage
• Good communication & writing skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Independent, responsible, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure.
• Must be able to work on shift basis and on public holiday
• Must be able to be transferred to other outlet
• Must have good grooming habits with make-up
