Job Responsibility

• Act as the brand ambassador to perform good customer service.
• To provide customers with professional skin analysis.
• To advise and recommend the most appropriate treatment and product to the customers.
• To introduce the newly launched treatments and products to the customers.
• Guide potential customers to discover her requirements and then offers the best solution to make sure those needs are fulfilled.
• Actively promote marketing activities, skincare products and beauty treatments set out by management.
• Responsible to their respective sales target set by the management on monthly basis.
• Follow up appointment and maintain good relationship with new and existing customers.
• Perform all facial services, beauty machines application and facial extraction.
• Build good rapport with customers and maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customers' requests and enquiries when necessary.
• To provide Excellent and Follow Up Services towards customers.
• To make follow up sales calls and contact both potential and present customers.
• Keep records of all interactions with customers.
• Aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledge.
• Development of innovative and creative sales techniques.
• Regularly monitor the preferences of customers.
• Assist in the running of daily operations of the retail outlet and provide high quality service to our highly valued customers.

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum SPM
• Can speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good in Mandarin will also be an advantage
• Aware of the latest market trends and remain updated on product knowledges.
• Fresh graduate or with min 1 year experience in beauty line.
