Job Description
Job Responsibility
Serve as a personal consultant, suggest and propose suitable products and services for clients.
Perform counselling, skin analysis, promote and recommend products and services and provide clients with aesthetic/skin treatments including facial, massage & slimming, eyelash & eyebrow maintenance, manicure & pedicure and other related nail care maintenance.
Ensure all equipment is properly sanitized and maintain a clean, tidy and calm working environment.
Carry out promotional activities for our products to clients and potential clients.
Develop, maintain a good and long-term relationship with clients.
Make appointments and follow-up for new and existing clients.
Ensure that the clients have a satisfactory service experience.
Positive working attitude. Can work on weekends and public holidays.
Achieve set outlet target and meet individual sale performance.
Job Requirements
Open for Malaysian citizen only.
SPM or higher in Cosmetology or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experience is required.
Able to understand and communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Knowledge of other languages will be an added advantage.
Good in MS Office.
Pleasant deposition and well-groomed.
Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics and integrity.
Able to multi-tasks, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset and self-motivated. Must be able to meet tight deadlines.
Results driven and passionate about setting a high-performance standard and meeting objectives.
Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.
