Job Responsibility

• Making of cocktails and drinks
• Taking orders and making recommendation to our customers on food and drinks
• Manage bar inventory and ordering
• Customize creations based on customer tastes and preferences
• Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
• Maintain top notch knowledge of current mixology trends, especially in Japan
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Knowledge in mixology for traditional and creative cocktails and mocktails
• Experience in creating Japanese cocktails and mocktails is preferred
• Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
• Accountability in maintaining inventory
• Exceptional knowledge in Sake and Wine would be advantageous
