Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
- To coordinate and execute administration requisition and documentation
- To assist superior in researching, finding and recommending cost reduction measure in all aspect of administration and operation transactions
- Preparation of Invoice, Delivery Order, Quotation and Tenders
- To manage communication with internal (colleagues) and external (customers, transporters)
Appointment:
- 5-days work week
- Monthly basic allowance RM2000
- Paid annual leave and sick leave
- Socso and EIS contribution
- Contract 12 months under Prot?g? Program (to be considered to absorb as permanent staff for good performer and subject to position availability)

Requirements:
