Job Description
Job Responsibility 1. Conduct sourcing activities, negotiate and evaluate on supplier's price, delivery and payment terms to determine the most desirable vendors / suppliers. 2. Handle, monitor and verify Purchase Requisition, Capital Expenditure Request and other related documents. 3. Conduct final check on all the Invoice and Delivery Order. 4. Prepare monthly purchasing report for respective sections and work with related departments to determine the nature of product requirement. 5. Review supplier performance to ensure the products / services are received on time with justified pricing and quality. 6. Control Purchase Requisition Forms/Capital Expenditure Forms/Quotation Comparison. 7. Managing purchase orders, overseeing shipping schedules and follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change order. 8. Assist in prepare and compile document for internal and external audit. 9.Handle supplier/ vendor list and evaluation report. 10. Liaise with Finance Department regarding the payment status and updated with supplier. 11. Assist administrative work of manage company uniform and stationery. 12. Any other duties as assigned by the superior / management to you from time to time.
Job Requirements: 1. SPM Leaver or Diploma in International Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent. 2. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. 3. Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin. 4. Possess strong negotiation and sourcing skills. 5. Proactive, team player with good attitude and able to work independently. 6. Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications. 7. Include recent photo in your CV. 8. Able to work at Nirvana 2, Jalan Dewan Bahasa, Kuala Lumpur.
