Job ResponsibilityAdminister and monitor Data Centre operations and implement continuous improvements to Data Centre capabilities including business continuity management to ensure IT infrastructure and services operate in accordance with the agreed service
level agreements.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
o Monitor the 24 x 7 operations of the Bank's Data Centre's and server rooms facility to ensure smooth operations and in meeting
the agreed service levels
o Identify the enhancement of Data Centre capabilities through the implementation of proven technologies and adaptive
infrastructure for improved business outcomes
o Align and improve of IT service management processes and service levels to proactively support and meet changing business
needs
o Refine continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and services resiliency to ensure business continuity, high availability and
performance of Bank's critical services
o Propose automated provisioning tools to improve Data Centre resource assignment, infrastructure modification, and service
activation processes
o Improve management tools and processes by addressing resources used to plan, manage and improve infrastructure service
delivery from project-based tools and information to standard, integrated tools / processes and information collection for end-to-end management aligned to the business
o Employ best practices and practical combination of standards-based solutions for systems & facilities management to ensure
the operational integrity, security, and optimal performance of all Data Centre components
o Develop and refine risk management tools, policy, methodologies, processes and; frameworks to strengthen risk management
and business continuity culture in the Bank.
o Conduct continuous environmental scanning to detect, escalate and propose solutions on emerging and current risks for
escalation to management.
QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE :
o Academic Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
o Experience: Data Centre facility management and server administration and services. Knowledge in network administration and support. At least 2 years working experience in server administration for platforms such as Windows 2003/2008 Servers and Redhat Linux, Enterprise class servers, NAS or SAN devices or Business Continuity Management

o Ability to engage with stakeholders to understand their needs,
analyze and identify the right IT solution that meets the business
requirements and expectations.
o Ability to participate in IT project implementation as a subject
matter expert and to work with vendors and IT application teams
to ensure smooth implementation of the project.
o Ability to identify emerging risk or significant issues for timely
reporting to Management.
o Good in vendor management and incident / change management
o Good in handling IT services as had experience in managing
data Centre facilities.
