Job Responsibility

• Welcomes customers by determining their coffee interests and needs.
• Promotes coffee consumption by educating customers.
• Educates customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions.
• Prepares and sells coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.
• Maintains inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment and maintaining supplies for coffee bar.
• Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, maintaining supplies, performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain a clean work environment

Job Requirements

• Possess at least SPM equivalent level and above
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will add on advantage
• Listen well and communicate in a professional and friendly manner
• Focus on customer satisfaction
• Be efficient and organized
• Build good relationships with customers
