Account and Admin Assistant - 6 months Internship

RESPONSIBILITIES
o Prepare monthly/quarterly up-to-date accounts for SME clients.
o Prepare monthly payroll for SME clients.
o Handle and assist on finalization of full set account by using accounting software.
o Assist in timely & accurate quarterly & year-end closing procedures.
o Review, filling and report preparation for audit purpose.
o Manage to supervise and lead the team to ensure acquisition of adequate skills in performing the jobs.
o Perform other related duties and responsibilities requested by the management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
o Candidates must possess at least and above: CAT / LCCI / ACCA / Diploma in Accounting / Commerce or equivalent.
o At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for full time account executive positions.
o Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
o Experienced bookkeeper / freelancers are welcomed to apply for long term part time position as per contract basis.
o Proficient in Excel / Familiar with computerized accounting software will be an added advantage.
o Independent, good attitude, initiative, responsible, self-motivated with good communications and leadership skill.
o Basic bookkeeping knowledge is required for these positions.
