Job Description
Job Responsibility
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other raising issue related to the company's products.
To exceed customers expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
Job Requirements
Candidate with a minimum of SPM level qualification
No experience required. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Able to speak fluently in Mandarin is a must, Proficient English (Spoken & Written)
Applicant must be willing to work on Rotational Shift between 7am to 2am (9 hours per shift): (Schedule will be given weekly/monthly) (Earliest shift 7am - 4pm; Latest shift 5pm - 2am)
Have no issue to be based at Ara Damansara (PJ) Office (Reachable by Ara Damansara LRT station, 10 mins walking distance)
Preferably to possess own transport
Able to join on 30th November 2022
Job Benifits
RM 2,000 Basic + RM 800 Mandarin Allowance (Fixed) + KPI Allowance Max RM 500 + Night Shift Allowance Max RM 400 + OT Claim (subject to availability) (All-in salary RM 3,200 - RM 3,700/month)
