Examine vehicles to determine extent of damage or malfunctions.
Review work orders and discuss work with SA, technician and executive.
Plan work procedures, using charts, technical manuals, and experience.
Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications.
Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
Confer with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems, and to discuss work to be performed and future repair requirements.
Update and upgrade technician skills as per below tack;
a) Disassemble units and inspect parts for wear, using micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
b) Overhaul or replace carburetors, blowers, generators, distributors, starters, and pumps.
c) Repair and service air conditioning, heating, engine-cooling, and electrical systems.
d) Repair or replace parts such as pistons, rods, gears, valves, and bearings.
e) Tear down, repair, and rebuild faulty assemblies such as power systems, steering systems, and
linkages.
f) Rewire ignition systems, lights, and instrument panels.
g) Repair radiator leaks.
h) Install and repair accessories such as radios, heaters, mirrors, and windshield wipers.
i) Repair manual and automatic transmissions.
j) Repair or replace shock absorbers.
k) Align vehicles' front ends.
l) Rebuild parts such as crankshafts and cylinder blocks.
m) Replace and adjust headlights.
Monitoring technician attendance and discipline at all time.
Conduct daily morning market with all technician.
OTHER DUTIES:
Any other duties as and when required by senior company managers that are reasonably within the capabilities of the person and are aimed at achieving the company's objectives and goals.

Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
