Job ResponsibilityJob Description:
Assists in the administration and coordination of the organization's fleet of motor vehicles.
Maintains accurate records of vehicles.
Being a Fleet Assistant ensures compliance with government rules and regulations, e-perolehan and files paperwork in support of this compliance as needed.
Schedules appointment for current business partners and new leads.
Additionally, Fleet Administrator prior knowledge of Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Typically reports to a supervisor
May be entry level if some experience in the skill.
Gains or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Works under moderate supervision.
Proactively follow up with customers after quotes until the car order is received in order to increase conversion ratio, updating systems accordingly
Proactively review renewals and contract rewrites with Fleet Contacts in conjunction with Account Manager
Facilitate query resolution relating to vehicle orders
Support query resolution
Efficiently assess and resolve customer's enquiries received by phone, e-mail or fax, transferring issues to other functions where appropriate, ensuring robust follow-up & closure where necessary
Keep confidential all information received
Ensure prompt handling of required tasks
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree or equivalent. o
Required skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills, independent, customer orientation.
Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia
2 years of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
Preferably personnel specializing in Corporate Sales or equivalent.
