Job Description
Job Responsibility
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in washing and polishing car and coating. Inventories supplies, such as detergents, brushes, and tire-blacking compound.
Ability to up and cross selling added services such as polish & wax, coating etc.
Quotes prices to customers desiring such services as car wax, coating & polishing.
Accepts payment and makes change.
Supervises personnel engaged in polishing, coating and washing of vehicles
Inspects equipment for wear and arranges for repair or replacement as necessary.
Resolves customer complaints.
Keeps records of daily receipts, employee time and wage data, and supplies used.
Participate in washing, polishing, coating performance of other services.
Maintain the high standards in cleanliness and keeping the workplace clean
Maintain a safe and working environment and ensure all equipment and materials are organised and kept in the proper place
Perform visual inspections of each vehicle before, during and after cleaning
Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and always deliver the highest customer service
Job Requirements
Possess exceptional customer service skills
Be able to operate cleaning equipment in a safe manner and safety precautions
Ability to pay attention to details
Must have excellent communication skills and good team player
Multi-tasking and time management
>5 year hands-on experience polish & coating
Able to train new comers of Polish and Coating
Salary depending on years of experience, retirees with vast experience are also encourage to apply
