Job ResponsibilityJob Responsibilities :
1. Take lead of audit team during fieldwork in the timely execution and delivery of assurance assignments and non-assurance assignments.
2. Proactively assist in managing a portfolio of clients and report to superiors/ managers on a timely basis.
3. Provide guidance and on the job training to audit staff.
4. Take lead and contribute towards the development of your own and team's technical acumen.
5. Take lead of audit planning procedures using the firm's audit program to ensure potential audit issues and key audit matters are identified and highlighted to superiors/ managers on a timely basis.
6. To apply solid understanding of audit and accounting standards, policies and local regulations to provide timely audit assurance, tax compliance and accounting.
7. Developing and maintaining a good relationship with clients.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess Recognised Accounting Degree or equivalent professional qualifications or part qualified ACCA / CIMA / CPA / MICPA.
- Resourceful, committed and keen to develop a long term career in audit.
- Technical ability to deal with and manage a varied portfolio of clients, effective interpersonal & communication skills, ability to motivate and train staff to produce work of high standard.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
