Job Responsibilityo Recommend and coordinate needed changes based Top Management's policies.
o Responsible to meet department productivity and quality goals.
o Manage group members in achieving target setting through providing clear instructions (information sharing), appropriate feedback and proper time scheduling.
o Estimation & cost setting for standard assembly/ adjustment worktime.
o Small group management through coordination of people, resource allocation, production method, production tracking & analyzing production problems.
o Assist to conduct interview, hire new staffs and provide employee orientation.
o Keep cleanliness (2S activities) & working safety.
o To support in achieving production schedule by carrying out assembly/ adjustment work.
o Handle customer claims and prepare countermeasure whereby sometime need to discuss with customer.
o Schedule and conduct group meetings (2 Way Management activities).
o To take recommendations on changes to procedures and policies in the interest of improving the functionality of the department.
o Manage and supervise staffs to ensure works are completed on time.
o Plan and control assembly unit/machine adjustment and direct shipment schedule.
o Monitoring and controlling staffs working hours.
o To monitor parts modification, improvement & equipment verification activities.
o To provide competence resources for new machine requirements.
o Employees' performance evaluation and safety as well ensuring that the production rules and regulations are being followed.
o To develop and upgrade the technical skill of the department (identifying training needs).
o To support ISO 9001:2000 activities.
o Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed.
o Responsible for overall common stock control & management.
o Time to time conduct improvement on assembly/ adjustment manual & check sheet.
o Carry on duties assigned by the superior/management from time to time
