Job ResponsibilityWe are looking for Admin Assistant:
Responsibilities:
o Handle daily incoming and outgoing communications
o Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting, emailing and courier
o Data entry of HR records
o Receive and Compile staff claims
o Sourcing, liaise and arrange with service provider for property maintenance and up keeping
o Manage office petty cash usage and record
o Assist in purchasing/getting the best price from suppliers and monitor stock level of stationeries, printing materials, office equipment, pantry stuff etc
o Provide administrative and project support when required
o Liaison with government authority when necessary for documentation reparation, submission and expediting approval
Requirements
o A team player with positive working attitude, honest, keep confidentiality, responsible and able to work independently
o Excellent multi-tasking skills to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
o Proficient in MS Office
o Ability to communicate with Internal/External stakeholders
o Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia
