**We're looking for CARERS who:
1. Love and respect the elderly
2. Have the patience and kindness to treat them well
3. Will get their hands dirty
4. Experience working with elderly people, specially dementia is an added advantage
5. Can work shifts
6. Physically fit to carry out duties and responsibilities of elderly care
7.Want to progress to supervisory or management positions
8. Support and promote our Islamic values of care

**So what is your role about?
1. Providing direct care to elders involving, personal hygience, assistance with dressing, help with mobility and support with food and fluid intake
2. Being aware and participating in the development of Elder Care Plans and having full awareness of any specialist support needs
3. Providing ongoing support for the elders and the Care Service Team
4. Participation in elders activities and events held at Zara Aisyah
5. Embracing the opportunity to develop skills and provide wider health care services
6. Support elders to create a homely environment
