Job Responsibility- Assist technical and Operations Manager in the implementation of company's day to day ship's operation.
- Work with the relevant authorities and classification societies on vessel's compliances to regulatory and statutory requirement
- Assist the shipboard management on the shipboard operational matters under the instruction of the Fleet Manager or technical Superintendent .
- Assist in the procurement of ship's consumables stores, spare parts, bunkers, fresh water, provision, and ship's publications as directed by the ship's managers or owner.
- Assist in the arrangement for the conduct of inspections, audits and surveys onboard the company's managed vessels.
- Assist in the arrangement of shore assistance for repair works as required by the shipboard management and directed by the ship's managers or owner.
- Establish rapport, coordination and with designated regional operation focal and authorities in ensuring safe and efficient shipboard operations.
