Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
1. Schedule, coordinate and implement Training programmes at TENTRA.
2. Coordinate learning needs analysis and plan learning map & scheduling.
3. Assist in the design & execution of the learning portfolio including development of content and delivery methods via Digital learning and Blended learning (Hybrid)
4. Review training materials to ensure its relevancy in fulfilling learning objectives
5. Liaising with learning partners, subject matter experts, participants and trainers
6. Facilitate online and Face-to-Face training sessions
7. Prepare programme reports and provide feedback analysis
8. Ensure excellent customer experience for participants and other stakeholders
9. Assist in preparing reports, paper works, proposal and presentation
10. Manage the online and offline promotion of TENTRA learning programmes

1. Good understanding in adult learning (Training and Talents Development)
2. Demonstrate leadership in learning transformation & innovation
3. Excellent networking & influencing skills
4. Good communication, presentation & facilitation skills
5. Problem solving abilities / Creative
6. People skill
Experience & Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development or entrepreneurship development
2. Minimum qualification in Bachelor's degree
3. Experience in dealing with Agencies & Certification bodies like HRDF, JPK, MBOT and other relevant agencies
4. Experience in managing projects and events
5. Train the Trainer Certification or Project Management certification is an advantage
Other Requirements:
1. Travelling is required
2. Mobile and possess own car (valid driver's license)
