Job ResponsibilityThe holder of this position is required to support the AVP II of Systems sub-unit in creating & maintaining the master data diligently and correctly in the ERP system and to ensure the highest level of data integrity.
Create Master Data
o To create new vendor master data
o To create new material/service items master data
o To create new catalog grouping/items
Maintain Master Data
o To edit/revise, block, unblock vendor and material/service master data upon verifying the
requests from other Procurement colleagues or users.
o To edit/revise and maintain the shopping catalog in the ERP system.
Master Data Cleaning
o To conduct data cleaning to rid the system of old, unused data, or duplicate data for better
management and quicker access.
System improvement
o To support AVP II - System in carrying out system improvement initiatives including
troubleshooting, testing and repairs.
Dashboard Reporting
o To execute and download various operation and workloads related reports from TAMS to
support performance and compliance monitoring.
System Training
o To support AVP II - System in carrying out users training.
In carrying out above duties, the job holder shall ensure any SOP and guidelines/rules related to master data management are complied with and shall ensure all requests are attended to and completed promptly and revert to the requesters.
Notwithstanding above, the job holder may be required to handle other type of work related or not related to master data as part of departmental work distribution or for personal development purposes.
