Job Responsibility
To ensure all Assets & Inventory Sub-Unit functions are properly executed according to Policies and SOPs.

Job Description
Oversee and Administer Asset & Inventory Sub-Unit:
o Oversee day-to-day operations of Asset & Inventory Sub-Unit as to ensure all functions are
properly executed according to Policies and SOPs.
o Determining the KPIs for Sub- Unit. Compile and monitor the performance of KPIs on monthly
basis. To propose any action plans to improve the performance of KPIs.
o To give consideration and settle on any issues pertaining to Sub-Unit.
o Liaise and communicate with Assets Owner on assets data to ensure the accuracy of PPE
records in system.
o Coordinate Year-End Physical Stock Take to ensure the accuracy of Inventories records.
o Assist in preparing reports and supporting documents pertaining to any disposal/ write-off of
assets and Inventories.
Month End and Year End Closing:
o To ensure Cost Accounting month end period closing activity is properly and timely executed.
o To ensure the Fixed Asset month/ year end closing activity is properly and timely executed.
Critical Task
o Review and check the monthly reporting of Air Selangor Sdn Bhd and subsidiaries- Fixed Assets
Register and Inventory Listing.
o Liaise and communicate with respective Departments and Regions on outstanding issues
pertaining to Asset & Inventories
Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Reporting:
o Review and check on Monthly assets and Inventory movements for any unfamiliar/ extraordinary
transactions.
o To ensure all reports are submitted to relevant stakeholders as per agreed date line.
Audit/ Corporate Tax Organiser (CTO):
o Ensure CTO for Sections are completed properly with proper explanation and complete
supporting documents as requested by Tax Agent.
o Take note on annual audit schedules and provide supporting documents requested accurately
on timely manner.
Systems:
o Identify improvement required to system for Asset Management and Inventory Modules in terms
of Reporting -i.e. FAR, Asset Clearing, Inventory List, Inventory movement.
o Ensure that the current workflows and systems are functioning effectively and efficiently.
o Explain and resolve problems encountered by users.
o In charge of system integration related to assets and establish guide for team members
reference e.g. TAMS, WAMS, Inventory and Asset Modules.
Other Task and Assignment:
o Perform any tasks required by immediate Superior related to Assets and Inventories
