Job Responsibilityo CNC setup and operation; tech tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly
o Reviews drawings, instructions, blueprints, or samples to ensure accurate production
o Proactively identify problem areas and organize support for manufacturing with root cause analysis and process improvement that supports a lean environment
o Read prints and inspect parts for conformance, typically +/- .005 tolerance
o Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges
o Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations
o Provide reports as necessary to appropriate staff
o Observe and learn Ascentec's procedures and documentation
o Maintains good housekeeping practices
o Other duties may be assigned as deemed appropriate by managements
