Job Description


Job Responsibility
To lead and plan for enterprise risks related activities, covering the entire risk management process,
provide valuable risk insights to stakeholders and promote the internalisation of risk management culture

Job Description:
1. Enhance and implement ERM Framework, Policy and Procedures across Air Selangor.
2. Identify and implement strategy/initiatives to promote risk management culture in the Company
including risk awareness, trainings, newsletter etc.
3. Lead and work closely with all business functions to carry out risk assessment, risk action plans
development, key risk indicator development, risk monitoring and review etc.
4. Lead the implementation of regulatory compliance self-assessment activities.
5. Participate in selected committees and projects as well as provide appropriate risk management
recommendations to key stakeholders.
6. Keep abreast with the latest risk management standard and market / industry outlook, proactively engagement with stakeholders to identify emerging risks and escalation of risk concern and recommendations to HOD Risk Management and RMC.
7. Prepare risk management reports/ relevant materials on a timely basis which are to be tailored to the relevant stakeholders i.e. Heads of Department, Risk Management Committee and Board of
Directors etc.
8. Presentation of risk management reports to various internal stakeholders and Management.
9. Facilitate risk assessment and monitoring of risks for critical projects as directed by the Management and provide appropriate update and risk management recommendation timely for deliberation.
10. Create a motivated, creative, efficient and inclusive team-oriented work environment, include playing active role in coaching and mentoring of junior staff.
11. Ensure the effectiveness of maintaining internal risk management system, including to provide
adequate system user training and support, timely resolving of system issue, managing vendor's
performance and etc.
12. Perform any other duties or responsibilities as and when assigned by the Heads of
Department/Sections which is in line with the departmental/company's objectives.
