Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Manager rules and policies fairly and consistently
  • Promotes teamwork throughout the restaurant on each shift resulting in the delivery of an excellent guest and employee experience
  • Utilizes all labor management tools and reports to ensure that all employees are being utilize appropriately and shift labor expectations are met
  • Leads the guest satisfaction experience resulting in sales and guest count growth
  • Responsible for the pre/post shift communication
  • Supports Restaurant Manager, Staffing and Training to ensure proper staffing levels
  • Overseen food production and line activities to ensure that top-quality is prepared and served and meets standards for proper temperature, portioning, and presentation of all foods
  • Endures the adherence to HACCP and food safety guidelines in the restaurants
  • Ensures the safety and sanitation of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
  • Establishes guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example and follow-through
  • Utilizes the guest recovery process. Manages employees behavior through proper handling og guest feedback
  • Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol
  • Leads the overall lobby, bar, to go and guest dining experience
  • Ensures the tools, processes and training are in place to all service areas - lobby, dining room, To Go
  • Sources, selects and supports a highly capable workforce for service positions (e.g. lobby, bar, busser, To Go, service assistant and server) that reflects the diversity of the community we serve
  • Delivers timely performance review feedback for the Service Professionals and Certified Trainers
  • Provides Green Team structure and guidance
  • Responsible for the beverage alcohol and add-on result
  • Ensures compliance with responsible service of alcohol
  • Responsible for the monthly beverage inventory process; completes the weekly liquor, beer and wine orders
  • Responsible for beverages alcohol costs and waste
  • Manages the implements of new beverages product roll outs
  • Sets clear operational improvement objectives; implement specific action plans; communicates goals and results to team
  • Leverage key service performance metrics to drive overall restaurant performance

Job Requirements

  • Experience in Restaurant Management: 1 year
  • Education: STM/STPM

Job Benifits

  • Salary: RM2,000.00 to RM2,400.00 /month
