Job Description
Job Responsibility
Assist a Manager/Supervisor in handling a portfolio of clients, including liaising with auditors.
Handling full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties including company incorporations, striking-off of companies, preparation of directors'/ shareholders' resolutions for on-going corporate secretarial matters for clients, opening bank accounts and change of signatories, etc.
Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements by both the company and clients.
Drafting administrative correspondence and minutes;
Obtaining, proposing and monitoring deadlines and follow-up dates;
Writing and answering business or technical letters and other similar correspondence;
Other corporate or ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
SPM/Diploma/Degree or higher academic qualitifications in any relevant fields.
1 year experience in corporate secretarial work is a great advantage but non-experienced candidates are welcomed to apply
Holding or currently pursuing corporate secretarial qualifications (MAICSA) would be advantageous.
Computer literate.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Aggressive and fast learner.
Able to work independently.
Good attitude and responsible character.
Open to fresh graduates.
