Job Responsibility1. To follow up on the stock return and customer property with proper procedure.
2. To create stock code for new coil received and key-in to stock item in QNE system.
3. Responsible for updating excel sheet for stock out formula.
4. Responsible to follow up on status incoming materials (coil) in transit delivery.
5. To key in purchase invoice for stock received.
6. Responsible for daily stock out for projects/internal request/own/use/normal sales & cash sales.
7. Responsible to prepare necessary document for stock take.
8. Check inventory records for accuracy of coil usage by ensure all within tolerance.
9. Compile reports on various aspects of changes in production or inventory.
10. Keep records of items for own use/production for stocks.
11. To monitor closely on standard length stock level.
12. Perform filling and safekeeping for manufacturing document in soft and hard copy to be well-labeled folder.
13. Responsible to prepare report and prepare internal improvement/VOC/damage report according to standard procedure.
14. To make delivery arrangement to collect coil materials from wharf to factory premises.
15. Compile stock card for finished coil, perform checking & ensure its tally with QNE monthly.
16. Ensure all sales order issued are stock out within the same month.
17. Print stock ledger for finished coil and filling within the stock card.
18. Issue PRN to outsource service vendor.
