Job ResponsibilityResponsibilities:
o Oversee day to day operation and ensuring smooth operation on the restaurant.
o Able to mentor staff to achieve excellent services for outlets and improve profit margin for the organization
o Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
o Excellent team player and people oriented
o Ability to train and motivate team members
o Ensure safety and cleanliness in work place
o Manage and maintain operational records, include inventory, sales and cash related reports
Requirements:
o Diploma/ Degree in Culinary / Hospitality or relevant working experience. Priority will be given to those from F&B industry with 1 - 2 years' experience.
o SPM with 2-3 years' experience in F&B will be considered.
o Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Melaka, Negeri Sembilan, Penang, Pahang, Perak, Johor, Kedah, Kelantan
o Able to work efficiently under pressure
o Strong leadership, dependable, good interpersonal and organizational skills.
o Must be willing to relocate if needed.
