o Report to Sr. Quantity Surveyor
o Assist in pre-qualification of tender
o Responsible for the coordination of the procurement exercise
o Carrying out the site valuation and process the progress claim
o Responsible for the cost control by monitoring and evaluating
o Preparing the payment of the statement on timely manners
Requirements
o Minimum in Diploma in Quantity Surveying
o Minimum 2 years of related working experience in building construction
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel/ Word
o Good command of written and conversation in both Bahasa Melayu and English
o Strong in analytical skill, problem solving skill and time management skill
o A good self-starter and a good team player
o The working location is based in Johor Bahru
