Job Description
Job Responsibility Our client is a virtual accounting firm residing in Malaysia providing virtual/accounting services using Quickbooks-online and Oracle Netsuite. Firms consists of Chartered Accountant certified with MIA.
Position: Project Manager Location: Petaling Jaya
RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Managing project development from start to end o Planning, organizing and tracking work schedule to ensure all project datelines are delivered on time o Coordinating and overseeing Artist and ensure projects are carried out as per schedule o Communicating and liaising with clients to clarify requirements of the project o Drafting and summiting budget proposals and recommending subsequent budget changes when necessary o Proactively managing changes in project scope o Identifying potential problems and devise contingency plans to minimize project risks o Liaising closely with team o Fully understand what the directors need and ensure that work is of a certain standard before sending it over for comments
REQUIREMENTS:
o A recognized Bachelor's Degree in Business / Sales / Mass communication/ Computer Science or equivalent discipline o 2-3 Years experience in Project Management will be a plus point o Prior experience at a similar Tech Company o Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Team player as well as independent in managing tasks
REMUNERATION PACKAGES:
Basic: RM5,000 - RM7,000 EPF, SOCSO, EIS
