Job ResponsibilityKanon Loading Equipment is a company specialized in transfer system for oil and gas.
Based in Kuantan, you have at your disposal all necessary computer system in a good work environment to complete the below tasks:
Principle of work:
After receipt of a customer's Purchase Order, a complete file is prepared by our Sales department with all relevant content of the job to execute.
You will be the link between the client and our company.
This involves:
1. Good understanding of the client's requirements
2. Plan the works to be executed and delivered within the agreed upon time frame
3. Keep a close eye on your budget to complete the works required
4. Guide engineering and document control for the submission of documentation for approval
5. Liaise with the Purchasing department for the materials to be provided
6. Follow-up production
7. Follow-up Quality Controls
8. Arrange testing of the equipment
9. Liaise with Logistics for Packing and Transportation
10. Liaise and plan Service activities on site for installation and commissioning of the delivered equipment.
11. Handle all communication with the client: you are his unique contact point.
To accomplish these tasks, you will be supported by an experienced Project Manager based in Malaysia and by a Team of Project Managers Based in our Main Office in the Netherlands.

2. Good English: both spoken and written
3. Must be convincing: capable of convincing a client or colleagues to reach the same goal.
4. Open minded: you do not know better, let others express their opinion to be able to make the right decision for the interest of the company.
5. Good in planning/scheduling
6. Good knowledge of all Microsoft software
7. Good technical understanding in Mechanics
8. Optional advantages:
a. Knowledge of electrical and hydraulics
b. Knowledge of Inventor Software and its use.
