Job Responsibility1. Responsible for production planning, control and preparation of production work order.
2. Plan all materials and verify manpower requirements.
3. Co-ordinate with internal departments to ensure delivery deadlines is met.
4. Co-ordinate timely delivery of finished products to customer.
5. Establish and maintain good relationship with suppliers and customers.
6. Provide feedback to Project Department with regards to quality and production complaints.
7. Prepare material planning and provide forecast.
8. Control activities pertaining to storage of products, inventory control and delivery.
9. Authorize to change delivery schedule of purchase order for incoming raw materials.
10. Review changes of delivery schedule of customer's purchase order.
11. Liaise with storekeeper on storage products, inventory control and delivery schedule.
