Job ResponsibilityJob ResponsibilitiesAssist Outlet Chef in day in day out operation, include: Ensuring food quality, designing menu, mise en place planning, training, discipline, stock management and hygiene.

- monitoring High standard quality of food at all stages from mise en place to final platting;
- Bridge of communicating with FOH and BOH
- Train, supervising and coordinating other outlet chef and cooks.
- Ensure conformity and maintenance of all tools, equipment and work area.
- Ensure how food should be presented, and creating decorative food displays.
- Train cooks and other workers in the prep, cooking, garnishing and food safety
- monitoring all chef performance and personal hygiene.
- preparing, seasoning and cooking speciality foods and complex dishes;
- Train, explaining and enforcing hygiene and food safety regulations.

Job RequirementsJob Requirements
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet operation target.
- Good written and verbal communication skills. Fluent in Mandarin, BM and English.

- Numeric sensitivity and basic Computer literate: Basic Microsoft skills.

- At least 2 year working experience in Japanese cuisine or western cuisine or both.
