Job Responsibility

• Sales result oriented-monitoring and support merchandiser on department sales performance (by month/quarterly/by store/by category)
• To design, set up, manage and review planogram of department
• Weekly ordering for items-to ensure no OOS happened
• Supplier management: coordinator between store & supplier
• Event management, supplier stock delivery, and store display way & execution
• Providing reports and data for merchandising team
• Monthly review on supplier delivery rate and inventory
• Sales review & improvements, purchasing and closing inventory
• Contract term filing
• 3C analysis, competitor survey, new product & category survey
• Produce monthly & weekly reports, merchandising reports
• Perform competitor & market survey
• Support store selling floor monitoring (merchandiser display, promoter management)
• Support store opening support/store visit

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent
• At least 1 year(s) experience in merchandising, retail operations or relevant
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• A willingness to listen
• Excellent communication skills (to all stakeholders)
• Aggressive on achieving target (sales & GP)
• Critical thinking, professional judgment
