Job ResponsibilityWe are seeking for a qualified, innovative manufacturing engineer to join our growing organization. In this position, you will oversee and improve production processes in our factory. Engineering aptitude, high attention to detail, and the ability to optimize production processes for maximum efficiency are necessary skills for this role. Monthly salary will commensurate with relevant experience.
1) Job Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, managing, and overseeing all departments of production.
- Be part of the development team to help draft improvements for production workflows.
- Help design and propose cost-reductive changes to work processes to increase efficiency without compromising quality.
- Assist in maximizing the safety and productivity of machinery, tools and equipment, and determine their usage suitability in the facility.
- Follow product specifications and quality control measures.
- Diagnose origin of breakdowns, including human error, and troubleshoot problems.
- Help to motivate all workers by maintaining a good working relationship and team leaders.
2) Qualifications
- Minimum graduate from Community College in Manufacturing and/or Engineering field
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Primarily Excel & Word)
- Preferable to have experience in a leadership role
- Good communication skills in Malay and English
- Ability to effectively lead and direct employees
- Detail-oriented and efficient
