Job Descriptions:
o Handle the secretariat duties for Committee
o Ensure filling systems are maintained and up to date
o Manage and update departmental webpage
o Assist in monitoring of campus facilities
o Handle the Tender Box request from various departments
o Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
