Job ResponsibilityCOMPULSARY JAPANESE SPEAKER
o Morning Briefing with PC team
o Manage Planner, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistic subdivision.
o Purchasing Management -Follow up with purchasing team (Backup if necessary)
o Logistic Management -Follow up with logistic team (Backup if necessary)
o Planning Management - Follow up with planning team (Backup if necessary)
o Warehouse Management- Follow-up with Warehouse team (Backup if necessary)
o Checking export vessel schedule
o Follow up with Japan SCM team for sales (Japan and other regions)
o Preparing report and meeting with PNC SCM team & Fujinomiya team
o Prepare and do simulation for production schedule to achieve sales target
o Compile and send shipment data to Fujinomiya PC team & Kameyama PC Team
o Checking import schedule for incoming material and chemical
o Provide needed container quantity and schedule for logistic for booking
o Meeting with Fujinomiya team to discuss about production
o Issue PR for raw material & chemical
o Prepare and provide forecast for material & chemical for vendor (JAPAN)
o Support SAP if got issue during data entry for D1 & D2
o Support New Product Introduction (NPI)
o QMS ISO Committee member
o Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the superior from time to time
