Job ResponsibilityJob Requirements:
o Bachelor's Degree in any related field
o Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken)
o Strong administrative and organization skills
o Good time management skills and ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
o Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
o Working experience in education or service sector is preferred
Job Descriptions:
o Support postgraduate studies administrative operation in term of student admissions, registration, orientation, progress monitoring and viva examination
o Deal with postgraduate student inquiries
o Support in the Institute's social media marketing activities, live chat, and University Open day
o Maintain accurate up-to-date website and Postgraduate Student Database
o Engage in the preparation of documentation for audits and data collection for various ranking and rating purposes
o Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
