Job Description:
- Assist Head of Department (HOD) or Head of Programme (HOP) to handle programmes
- Assist in faculty general office administrative matters
- Coordinate important visits by the External Review Panel (ERP) and external examiners
- Assist Dean or Deputy Deans to organize Faculty meetings and prepare minutes of the meetings
- Handle examination related matters
- Assist to prepare for the Board of Examiners (BOE) Report for meetings
- Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
