Job ResponsibilityJob Requirements:
o Bachelor/ Master Degree in Counselling
o Registered/ Licensed Counsellor or eligible to register with Lembaga Kaunselor Malaysia is preferred
o Good communication skills in English (both written & spoken)
o Ability to speak in Mandarin would be an advantage
o Able to provide individual & group counselling to students
o Able to work independently
o Experience in counseling or related field would be an advantage
o Proficient in Microsoft Office
Job Descriptions:
o To provide individual counselling to students and staff
o To plan, organize and facilitate group counselling
o To provide training and supervision to Peer Helpers every semester
o To recruit and train Peer Mentors for freshman for every intake
o To plan, support, organize and provide any personal development seminar or workshop to students
o To plan and organize counselling/ mental health campaign or events
o Any other tasks as assigned by the University from time to time
