Job Responsibilityo To prepare all employees' salaries with the assigned payroll system.
o To ensure submission for monthly statutory reports are in time and comply with statutory requirement.
o To organize and manage all recruitment activities, from creating job descriptions, advertisement, interviews, offer of employment and enrolment of new employee including on-boarding, and training programs.
o To carry out employee orientation program and coordinate all staff training with vendors and internal departments.
o To monitor documents according to the central record-keeping system, including in NAS and SQL Payroll. Also, backing up all important documents to ensure an easy reference in the future.
o To verify and keep track of employee's medical reimbursement.
o To assist in the administration of the KPI performance appraisal and salary review.
o Handle office purchasing items and other administration tasks.
o To lead in documents preparation including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
o Prepare monthly payroll report and other HR related reports as and when assigned.
o To plan, implement and coordinate all employee engagement activities and programs to increase employee's enthusiasm level.
o To assist HRA answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.
o Answers phone calls, supports visitors, and schedules meetings/appointments.
o Support IT management and maintenance.
o Maintaining stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
o To coordinate and implement processes for Covid management - work closely with the
HR Head in handling Covid related matters.
o Other ad-hoc and related duties as required and assigned.
