Job Responsibility

• Responsible for managing the Board of Directors daily administrative and operational matters
• Handle personal and private matters for the Director and/or immediate family members of the Directors
• Responsible for scheduling appointments/ meetings and taking minutes of meetings/itineraries and general correspondence
• Ability to organize in-house and external events/ conferences
• Assist director with daily office activities or operation
• To assist in any ad-hoc tasks when required by the Director/ Management

Job Requirements

• A minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a Secretarial/ Personal Assistant role
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Aggressive and fast learner.
• Good attitude and responsible character.
• Proficient in computer operation: Microsoft Office
