Job Description


Job Responsibility
  • All secretarial and administrative duties, personal and corporate matters.
  • Managing meetings schedules, reports, call screening, handling private and confidential matters.
  • Providing a full range of confidential personal assistance to the Directors, including composing and preparing reports, and memorandums.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality, and interacting professionally with all levels of management, staff, clients, and business associates.
  • Maintain a good filing system for smooth and prompt information retrieval.
  • Handling any other ad-hoc duties from various projects as instructed by management from time to time.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum working experience of one (1) years reporting to director as a secretary.
  • Should able converse in Mandarin and English
  • Possess a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in equivalent field of study.
  • Good organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, IT literate with multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong time-management and organization skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
