Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Provide the highest service standard level to guest according to the hotel standard operating procedure during working hours.
  • Provide guest service, checks in guests, handles guest mails, message, email, fax and others.
  • Receive, acknowledge and relay all telephone calls, fax & emails to the parties concerned in a fast, accurate and courteous manner.
  • Provide courteous service to the guest and respond promptly and tactfully to the guest complaints, requests and inquiries.
  • Inform relevant department of any arrivals, room changes, check-outs, defects and any other arrangements.

Job Requirements
  • Have minimum SPM / STPM and Diploma
  • Have minimum 2 years working experience as Front Office in Hotel operations.
  • Have eloquent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Benifits

  • Salary: RM1,500.00 to RM1,700.00 /month
