JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Roles & Key Responsibilities: -
Assist in standard cost revision and info record maintenance
To assist in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
Prepare claim payments for employees
Preparation of DN for rejected goods
Assist in IT administration
Administration
Assist in maintaining info records & standard cost revision
Assist in the preparation of reports, e.g. Stock Report, COS Clearing Report, and Sales Tax report.
Prepare claim payments for employees (full process till filing)
Preparation of DN for rejected goods (sub-con, including Eimee, AD, etc)
To assist in accounts payable
AP reconciliation
Update AR and AP master data
AR-Invoices and DO compilation (weekly)
To carry out any other duties as directed by the company
Report To: Manager, Finance & Accounts / Executive, Accounts
Requirements:
Candidate with Diploma/Professional Certificate in Accounting or related function preferred
Prior accounting experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Knowledge of SAP is highly advantageous.
Meticulous, organized, and have keen eye for details.
Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. (Fresh Graduates are Welcome to Apply).
Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
