Job Responsibility1. Minimum 2 years of working experience in company secretarial practice.
2. Required Skill - MYCOID, MBRS & LHDN Stamping.
3. Responsible - Formation of new company, Changes of Directors, Secretaries, Addresses, Shares Transaction, Share Allotments, Striking Off Applications, submission of statutory returns, financial statement and requirements with Registrar of Companies under the Companies Act, 2016 preparation of Annual Return, Minutes and Resolutions. Ensuring clients' statutory records which include register, resolutions, minutes and Annual Return are properly update.
4. Assist in all related duties and functions undertaken by the Company's Secretarial Department and following up the status of audit reports, AGM (if any) and submit to SSM on time based on the due date.
5. Sending reminders and correspondence to clients for any changes and any compliance issue.
6. Assisting in day-to-day operation of the Company.
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
8. Strong sense of responsibility, proactive and have self-initiative.
9. Monitoring and ensuring that the statutory records or registers are properly kept and updated and maintenance of legal documents.
10. To assist in all aspects of company secretarial duties and other related functions and all relevant statutory requirements and guidelines.
11. To perform other ad-hoc secretarial duties and administrative tasks required by management from time to time.
12. Liaising with external regulators and advisors such as lawyers, bankers and auditors
13. Proficient in both written and spoken English and ability to communicate effectively.
14. Pro-active, confident, team player with a strong sense of responsibility, high standards of integrity and possess the drive for self-development.
15. Provide company secretarial support and assist the company secretary in all Group company secretarial functions.
16. Ensure compliance with the requirements of the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
17. To assist in the administrative duties of the department and other follow-up functions
